We continuously develop Medulla based on real experience from care homes and add new activities that combine movement, fun and memory training. We have recently added Duck Shooting, Questions and Answers and Hangman.
This update also includes new control settings directly in each activity. You can choose the left hand, the right hand or control by closing the hand into a fist. This makes it even easier to adapt the activities to the abilities of each individual client.

How does Medulla work?
The camera tracks the client’s movement and the software responds to it. The client moves naturally while also training memory – without controllers and without touching anything.
Do we need special equipment?
A regular computer or laptop and a webcam are enough. No special sensors or additional devices are needed.
Is it difficult for staff to operate?
Not at all. The activation worker simply starts the application and selects an activity. Clients control it themselves through movement – without controllers or touch.
Can clients in a wheelchair or in bed use it?
Yes. We track the movement of the hand, arm or head, and it works both sitting and lying down. The activation is natural and safe.
Do we need a special room?
No. A regular common room, dining room or client room is enough. The important thing is that the camera can clearly see the client.

How much does it cost and can we try it?
Medulla is available as an annual rental fee based on the number of licences or devices. The best option is a short demo at your facility - we will then prepare a specific offer for you.
AI training for social services
Our Medulla “yellow guy” Jirka provides practical AI training directly in care homes, focusing primarily on working with the artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT. He explains AI in a human and understandable way, so that staff can start using it immediately in everyday practice – for example in documentation, communication or working with internal materials.
